  • Why not use an inspection firm and a separate cleanup firm? Both are connected, a detailed inspection will be the basis for determining the scope of work. Using two firms may result in both firms blaming each other for the problem if the job fails. Most Mold inspectors will not or cannot make recommendations or determine a scope of work because of lack of experience. Most removal firms has no or little experience with Mold. Some firms may have worked with water damage repair but not mold, some other firms may have worked with asbestos removal and bring in asbestos contaminated equipment into a nice furnished home.
